The shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. 

We do not make exceptions to this policy.

Orders placed after 5pm EST will be processed the following business day and shipped within 24 hours. Any order placed on Saturday will be processed on the following business day.

Regular delivery time is 2-3 business days.

We ship via USPS.
